I AM EQUAL :: PROJECT

WE ARE CHANGING THE WORLD

The I AM EQUAL PHOTO DOCUMENTARY was created by Jason Beckett and international photographer Matt Spencer as a way of giving individuals a way to express the issues and causes that are closest to their heart. Through these pictures, individuals are afforded the opportunity to express their passions in a passive, non-obtrusive way and thus open a dialogue with people they never thought was possible. The 'I AM EQUAL' Photo Documetnary is not about the founders, but rather the passionate individuals who are stepping up to shine a light on the issues and causes that they support.

As an project, we are passionate about individual self-expression and ensuring that all people have the resources necessary to speak their truth and stand up for those who have yet to claim personal power. When someone takes a stand for children, women, gays, lesbians, black, white, bond, and free they are taking a stand for humanity. Each of the photos in this history-making documentary will be a symbol of the commitment these people have made to "be the change we wish to see in the world."

For every person on this planet there is at least one cause they are passionate about...what's yours? Join the movement and tell the world what you stand for.

And when people do these things it kind of makes me a little sad and hurt.

I love my family and they are precious to me. I like to go to the movies with my brothers and listen to my favorite singer Taylor Hicks. I’m happy...  » READ MORE «
